Shipping

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business day for your order to be processed and packaged. You will receive an email with tracking (if applicable) when your order has been sent to the post. Please check the tracking number for further updates.

When should I expect delivery?

Packages can take up to 10 business days to be delivered within the US. During peak holiday season please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if i only ordered stickers?

If your order only contains stickers (and is less than 8oz) it will be sent out First Class Letter Mail, which does not include tracking. Please allow 2-3 weeks for stickers to arrive. Contact me via email if your stickers don’t show up after the allotted time.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, no because my audience hasn’t reached internationally (that I know of). However if you are outside of the US please contact me and I will gladly take the time to set up internationally shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on weight. This is automatically done when your add items to your cart. Every item has a weight associated with it. The heavier the package the higher the rate, in order to cover the cost of it to ship. All of our orders are shipped via USPS. This is our current shipping cost ranges and the services we use:

0-8 oz - $2.60 - First Class Letter Mail (stickers only)

8-16oz - 8.99 - USPS First Class Mail

1.1-4.9lbs - 12.99 USPS Ground Cubic, USPS Priority Mail

5lbs and up - 15.99 USPS Ground Cubic, USPS Priority Mail

Why is your shipping so expensive?

Candles are heavy and heavy items cost more to ship. That is why our shipping rates are based on weight. Our shipping rate also included the cost of packing materials: box, paper padding, tissue paper, shipping label, cards, marketing materials etc.

I do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Returns or Exchanges

What if my items arrive damaged?

Please contact me via email, include your full name and order number. Candles, glasswares, or textiles that arrive damaged or broken due to shipping process will be refunded, no replacements will be sent due to many items being one of a kind.

What if I am missing an item in my order?

Please contact me via email, include your full name and order number. We will send you the item that is missing from your order.

What if I received the wrong item? Or extra?

Please send me an email to notify me of the incorrect item you received in case you accidentally received someone else's order. I typically never ask for things to be shipped back to me so please keep the mix up as a little gift for my mistake.
